The Johnstown Mill Rats dropped their second game of the season on Wednesday morning, falling to the Chillicothe Paints, 16-3, at Sargent’s Stadium at the Point. The Paints’ offense broke the game open with several big innings, building a lead that the Mill Rats were unable to overcome.
